3. Product Quality

Every peptide lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis from Freedom Diagnostics (USA) documenting purity and identity. All peptides are HPLC-verified at 99%+ purity on every batch.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping and taxes. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Payment methods include credit/debit cards, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.

5. Shipping

Domestic orders ship within 1-2 business days via standard carriers. International shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis. Customer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of research peptides, returns are only accepted in cases of product defect or shipping error. Contact support within 7 days of receipt if your order arrives damaged.
