Medications & Products
Do I need a prescription to order?
No. All products sold by Acme Peptides are for in-vitro research use only. No prescription is required or accepted, as our products are not approved for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use.
Are your peptides FDA-approved?
Our peptides are research-grade compounds intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They are manufactured by qualified partners and independently verified by Freedom Diagnostics for purity and identity. They are not FDA-approved medications and are not intended for clinical use.
What is the difference between research peptides and prescription medications?
Research peptides are compounds supplied for in-vitro laboratory investigation. They are NOT medications and cannot be used to treat, diagnose, or prevent any medical condition. Prescription medications are FDA-approved drugs dispensed by licensed pharmacies. Acme Peptides is not a pharmacy.
How pure are your peptides?
Every batch is HPLC-verified at 99%+ purity. Exact purity percentages are published on each product page and on every Certificate of Analysis (COA). Testing is performed by Freedom Diagnostics using HPLC with UV Detection plus LCMS/MS for molecular identity confirmation.
Can I get automatic refills?
Since our products are for research use (not prescriptions), there is no refill system. You can reorder at any time through our online store. Returning customers can use their account to quickly reorder previous purchases.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options (1-2 days) are available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is not currently available. However, expedited shipping options can get your order to you in 1-2 business days after processing.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on order size and destination. Standard domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We periodically offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also track your order through your account dashboard on our website.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final unless a bottle arrives broken in shipping. To file a claim, email support@acmepeptides.com with clear photos of the damaged item within 72 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund the order.
Account & Payment
Do I need an account to order?
You can place a one-time order as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders, save preferences, download COAs, and reorder previous purchases easily.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards, plus Venmo and Zelle for direct payments. We do not accept cryptocurrency at this time.
Is my payment and personal data secure?
Yes. All payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS compliant providers. Acme Peptides never stores your full card details. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all connections.
